Solo complete 70m carry/ teams each athlete completes 70m carry

Solo all rounds/ teams complete 7 round x 10 devils press

The Seeding Workout enables the event organisers to understand the solo athletes and teams general level of fitness. THE SEEDING WORKOUT IS COMPULSORY as it allows us to phase registration and start time for competitor waves during the event.


For our March event you must submit your workout time before Friday 12th September 2025.
