Level One
Rower and Plates
70 calories rower then straight into;
🔸 14 plate grounds to overheads
🔸 14 plate box step overs (20" Box)
🔸 14 Burpee to Plate
Teams complete 14 reps each before moving on to the next exercise.
Plate weights: Male 25kg and Female 15kg

Level Two
Tank Push & Drag
Solo 35m Tank Push / 35m Tank Drag
Teams complete 70m each (35m Tank Push each Then 35m drag each)
Level Three
70 Calorie Ski Erg and Burpee Broad Jumps
70 calories SKI ERG split into 7 rounds:
🔸 10 calories on the Ski Erg
🔸 10m Burpee Broad Jump - Sprint
Solo all rounds / teams complete cals + broad jumps tag partner. In total 70 calories and 70m broad jumps.
Level Four
70 Metre Sandbag Lunge
Solo 70m/ Teams each athlete completes 70m each - No breaks full 70m each
Male 30kg sandbag / Female 20kg sandbag
Level Five
70 Calories on the bike ERG
Solo all calories/ team split 35/35
70m Double Kettlebell Farmer Carry
Solo complete 70m carry/ teams each athlete completes 70m carry
Male KG 2 x 24kg/ Female 2 x 16kg
Level Six
70 Single Arm Dumbbell Devil's Press
Solo all rounds/ teams split 70 reps into 7 rounds x 10 devils press (Split Round 4/3)
Male DB 22.5kg / Female DB 15kg
Level Seven (New for 2026)
70M Shield Carry
Solo complete 70m shield carry
Teams complete 70m shield carry each
Male shield (60kg)/ female shield 40kg
Seeding Workout for 2026
The Seeding Workout enables the event organisers to understand the solo athletes and teams general level of fitness. THE SEEDING WORKOUT IS COMPULSORY as it allows us to phase registration and start time for competitor waves during the event.
Workout must be submitted via Eventrac by 28th February for our March event.
